Since 1998, USA Express has taken pride in providing Attorney Support Services, assisting law firms with day-to-day tasks ranging from locating missing persons to serving legal documents. Our skilled legal process servers and licensed private investigators are ready to travel anywhere in the country. We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant to join the team with our Accounts Receivable Department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing daily accounting tasks in a professional office setting.

We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant to join the team with our Accounts Receivable Department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing daily accounting tasks in a professional office setting.
Schedule:
- 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday (schedule flexible within business hours)
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Support payroll and tax filing activities as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounting experience (preferably in a small business environment)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of these qualifications but who have sufficient experience.
